The hotel offers beautiful rooms with large comfortable beds, quality amenities, and direct access to the pool area, ideal for mature travelers like us. The service was very attentive and even went above and beyond our expectations. The location, set in a peaceful park near Fort Canning, was both convenient and tranquil. The dining options provided a mix of Western and Eastern choices, making for a delicious experience. The facilities were excellent, catering to all our needs.
I had a pleasant stay overall, with comfortable rooms and a good location close to museums and metro stations. The service was welcoming and helpful, but the dining options were average. The facilities were well-maintained and functional. A decent value for the money.
The hotel rooms were very beautiful, exactly as shown in the website. They were lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed. While not reaching a five-star level, they provided a spacious and tropical feel.
The hotel room had everything you needed with a large bed, and a free-standing bath taking center stage. However, it was looking a bit tired, and it seemed bigger in photos.
